Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible over the full spectrum of finance including the full sets of accounts, financial and management reporting, ensuring compliance to corporate and local statutory requirements for the business. You will also prepare the monthly financial reports while supporting the business to drive process improvements.

• Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting work, including local bookkeeping
• Review work performed (AP & AR) includes all account reconciliations and Fixed asset schedule and General Ledger.
• Preparation and review of accounts for management and external reporting.
• Ensure accounts compliance with FRS
• GST Filing and Tax submission
• Liaison with external auditors for annual audit and periodic reporting
• Prepare and process payments via telegraphic transfer
• Assist in Manage company cash flow and proactively monitor credit and exchange risks.
• Assist in oversee organisation\xe2\x80\x99s bank accounts and trade lines
• Support Managing Director for Accounting and Finance matters
• Ad hoc duties that may be assigned
  

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant financial reporting and external audit experience.
• Familiar with local financial regulations and financial declaration is a plus.
• Full set accounting experience preferred
• Organized, highly meticulous, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player, ability to adapt and assume ownership of tasks and responsibilities, flexible with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
• Perform ad hoc reporting & yard performance analysis, such as cost trend analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent MS office skills especially on Microsoft Excel
• Fast learner with minimum supervision and to work independently
