The Company

Our client is an MNC within the manufacturing industry and is currently looking for an Accounting Manager with strong experience in accounting and reporting and has people management experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will also be highly preferred.

The Role

This role will oversee all the financial reporting of the entities assigned to the role and will be in charge of reviewing and ensuring submission of the monthly financials. You will also be responsible for coordinating and organizing the budgeting and forecasting of the relevant entities and will also be in charge of implementing group policies in finance related areas.

You will ensure compliance with all statutory deadlines and will also coordinate with external/internal auditors for audit related matters. You will also prepare the management report in support of the requirements set out by the FP&A team.

You will need to take charge of credit control related matters - inclusive of reviewing AR aging reports and identifying potential risks for collection. You will also be responsible for preparing the management report on Credit and Collection.

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIA)
• Strong experience in accounting and reporting
• Exposure to forecasting and budgeting
• People management experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Prior audit experience will be a plus
• Soft skills: strong communication skills, adaptable, takes initiative, team player, fast learner, flexible
