Responsibilities:

• Communicate closely with the relevant departments of Japanese HQ and report local issues and conditions.
• Liaised with Japanese accounting department and local accounting firms for financial statements preparation.
• Improve accounting process.
• Verify that budgets and mid-term plans can withstand financial accounting
• evaluations, and coordinate with related departments.
• Provide guidance and training for team members.
• Coordinate the accounting process for new businesses.
• Improvement accuracy of consolidation packages.
• Check of cash flow and verification of forecasts as a source of funding needs.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• At least 3 years\' experience in accounting in a business company
• Experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis and reporting
• Good and effective communication skill and organizational skill
• Experience in management will be advantageous
• Possess US/Japanese CPA will be advantageous
