Core responsibilities


Financial Record Management:

Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, and processing invoices and payments.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and present reports to management for decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets for the organization.

Compliance and Auditing:

Ensure all financial activities comply with accounting principles, laws, and regulations. Assist with internal and external audits.

Transaction Review:

Review and validate financial transactions, and perform checks to prevent fraud.

Other Duties:

Perform general accounting tasks, prepare tax returns, and collaborate with other departments and external auditors.
Required skills and qualifications


Education:

A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is typically required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential. *

Experience:

Experience in an accounting-related role is often necessary, though the required amount can vary.
