Hardware comprises PCs, Servers, Networking Equipment, Backup Systems, Building Technology Solutions, Electronic Article Surveillance, and Emergency Power Supply Devices to mention a few.JOB TITLE: Accounting Software SupportDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates the implementation and support of accounting software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
  • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, BS IT or any related course.
  • Background in SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Quickbook, ABSS, Sage 50, Payroll or any accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
  • Must be an effective problem solver.
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork.
