: Check and prepare of commission for the month. Checking of DSP Incentive and other promos vs BPP memo. Monthly summary report of 2307 from customer to be forwarded to Tax Specialist for encoding to SAWT. Preparing/Checking summary report of trucking and other forwarders versus approved price and JO before processing of payment. Pricelist encoding/updating for Modern Trade (Consignment). Prepare bank documents for importation payment. Checking of actual return for DRS before adjusting. Encoding and updating to SAP of approved RFCM/RFP, canceled checks, (Modern Trade recon*) Monitoring and filing of trucking, online transaction and government remittances vouchers. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Competence Requirements:The candidate must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or its equivalent. Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in basic accounting. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and business accounting solution software like SAP Business One. With excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; systematic and keen on details.
