Job Description

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Local Accounting / Tax qualification and English Speaking
• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting/finance
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Self-driven / motivated individual
• Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities in written and verbal English
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Agile and ability to adapt quickly

Key Works: Tax & Statutory Reporting

• Assists in end-to-end scrap activity for BIR/PEZA witnessing
• In charge of reviewing all Creditable Withholding Taxes certificates
• Prepares the General Form Financial Statements for submission to SEC
• Facilitate submission of books of accounts and Annual Audited Financial Statements
• Support in the conduct of BIR / BOC audits
• Completes monthly and annual Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) Surveys
• Liaison officer in all government offices (BIR/SEC/LGU/PSA)

Fixed Assets management process

• Support in Fixed Assets Tagging activity
• Support in Annual Fixed Assets Count

Treasury

• Route all documents for all bank-related transactions
• Liaison officer in all bank related errands

Inventory

• Participate in quarterly and annual cycle count activities

Month-end Close / GL support

• Monitoring of month-end close checklist
• GL reconciliations of assigned accounts

Operations / Administrative

• Monitoring of all issued Amex Cards
• Annual Rebate creation
• PR /PO creation
• GR processing
• Routing of Board Resolutions and handles transmittal

Specific Process:

• Fixed Assets Tagging / Fixed Assets Count
• Inventory Destruction witnessed by BIR / PEZA
• Month end closing
• Reconciliation
• Liaison Officer

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 monthsSalary: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
