QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
Profession License (CPA) is not required but a PLUS.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City.
Preferably 3 to 5 years experienced employee specializing in Real Estate or equivalent.
With exposure in almost all phases of financial/accounting management (payables, A/R monitoring, GL, treasury, bank reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting and financial statement preparation and analysis).
Full-Time position available.
