We strive to identify issues and deliver solutions that will redefine how commodities are produced and traded.Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounts reconciliation of AP/AR
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating if needed
• Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts belonging to customers
• Process credits
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments from debtors
• Follow up on outstanding debts and plan course of action to recover
• Provide timely updates to management
• Collaborate with helpdesk team to answer systems users\' questions regarding billing/payment issues
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee a team of 4-6 team members and ensure delivery in accordance to SLA
• Provide training to new team members
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

• Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with team management experience
• Independent, resourceful with problem solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively within the team and across departments
• Keen eye for details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• Proficiency in ERP software
