Job Description
Introduction to the role:
Overall Responsibilities:
Provide operational and executional support to IT channel partners to enable them to resell and promote software products to Education and Commercial customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing existing partner relationships
- Onboarding and offboarding of channel partners
- Manage the partner\'s sales dashboard by collecting key deal information from partners.
- Support the operational process by tracking progress and reporting issues when challenges are encountered.
- Distribute marketing materials and content to key partners to build a strong partner community and assist partners in executing demand generation programs.
- Advocate regular training for reseller partners.
- 3-5 years of IT channel partner experience.
- Experience in multinational IT companies or partner companies.
- Language: English required. Mandarin strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with autonomy and ambiguity.
- Experience working with IT partners and channel.
- Understanding of IT technology.
- Experience in partner, sales, or marketing capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Meet quarterly assigned targets.
- 90% reseller CSAT.
- Meet set SLA on program communication and execution.
- Number of resellers trained.
- Partner satisfaction.
