Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant / Accounts cum Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Changi South Lane
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Thu (9 am \xe2\x80\x93 7 pm) / Fri (9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $2000 + Medical Insurance
- Duration: Permanent
- Issue and verify accuracy of invoices
- Assist in accounting tasks with accounting/inventory software
- Assist in handling day-to-day administrative duties
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- At least a diploma in accounting or its equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic formula e.g. index-match, vlookup, sumif)
- Familiar with accounting/inventory software: e.g. Quickbooks Online
