Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant
Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Clementi)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Sort out all purchase documents & Point-of-Sales (POS) receipts from the packet.
Update all types of vouchers & consolidate all physical mall vouchers tally with the daily report.
Pass SLT physical vouchers to A/Cs executives for submission.
Update staff discount, and birthday voucher reports for checking purposes, for the first three months only.
Download all Delivery platform daily orders to tally with Z readings.
Identify sales discrepancies and liaise with respective personnel to resolve discrepancies by tallying all POS payment modes.
Photocopy and scanning of AR documents/ receipts for shortages/gains, error reports in soft copies such as missing/duplicate orders, delivery platform receipts not submitted by the outlet.
Prepare letter for Sales catch-up in POS.
Bundle & pack all the POS, settlement report & platform receipts daily per outlet.
File all documents including Payment vouchers, invoices with supporting quotation and/or PO.
Assist in MYOB entries (AP & AR) for monthly closing (3 months parallel run).
Assist in MS Dynamics BC detailed entries, training provided.
Filing and archiving of documents.
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks requested by the Accounts Manager.

Min. ITE in accounting
Min.1 year of work experience (Those with over a year of relevant experience may be eligible for consideration for an Executive role)
Proficient in Excel (Pivot table & Vlookup)
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic is a plus
