Temporary Accounts Admin Assistant
- Assist Finance manager in AP, AR and other accounting related activities
- Preparation of invoices and delivery documents
- Assist with on-site system integration
- Check for compliance to local accounting guidelines and company regulations
- Provide support in purchasing functions- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min A Levels, Diploma in Accounting or undergoing studies in Accounting
- Meticulous, organized with good initiative- Independent with a positive attitude
- Able to commit 3-4 working days a week for minimum 6 months
