Job Description
- Basic Salary up to $2500
- 5 Days, 9am to 6pm
- Nearby Macpherson MRT
- AP/AR data entry, reconciliation
- No exp but with Cert in Accounting or related welcome
- All ages welcome
- Permanent role, 3 positions available
- Handle of partial Accounts Receivable (AR) function & partial Accounts Payable (AP) Function
- Registry of supplier invoice, process payment & recording payment in accounting software
- Assist in daily accounting data entries and month end closing
- Assist in Intercompany reconciliation
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
- Possess a Certificate in Accounting
- Possess 1 - 2 years of accounting experience in AR/AP ( Not a must)
- Willing to learn and proactive personality.
