Manage company day to day accounts & admin matters.
Manage daily billing & invoicing using Microsoft Office & ABSS
Preparation and processing of invoices, AP, AR, SOA & etc..
Maintain proper filling of documents and assist data entry
Handle company day to day account, administrative & HR activity
Handling accounts payable & receivable
Handle tax filing
Handle petty cash
Any other ad-hoc duties on a time-to-time basis
Requirements:
Min 3 years or more working experience in administration and accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Proficient with accounting software (ABSS).
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
