Operational excellence and efficiency of daily tax activities.
Responsible for main tasks:
Perform duties in respect to finance and general office administration.
Manage general accounting.
Maintaining the master data of the organization.
Regularly process invoices for payment and expense reimbursements, checking supplier monthly statement and prepare payment runs.
Manage daily petty cash.
Regularly follow-up amounts outstanding with customers and processing customer payments.
Liaise with centralized services (located in India) in respect to accounting transactions, A/R and A/P processing.
Prepare invoices and process costs for 3PL customer(s).
Required skills and qualification:
General understanding of accounting/financial, tax and year end requirements.
Entrepreneurial capability: accountable, cost conscious, thinks strategically and appreciates a long-term development within the company.
Persistent, determined and has the resilience to achieve challenging goals.
Ability to reflect own decisions and is willing to constantly learn and develop.
