Accounts & Admin Officer

Job Description


  • Support & manage AP & AR assignments
  • Administer procurement Invoices
  • Managing petty cash & claims
  • Handling payments for subcontractors
  • Responsible for data entries & recording of financial transactions
  • Any other duties/ assignments as required by supervisor

Qualifications
  • Min 3 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Min. Diploma in any field

Requirement
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Finance – General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of AutoCount software is highly advantageous
  • Adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
  • Strong team player and receptive to changes
  • Understand and able to converse in English
  • Require understanding of full set of accounting principles
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
