Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Issuing Invoices and creating Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery dates
  • Data entry on renewal information
  • Chase up on overdue payments
  • Any other administrative duties
Duration:PermanentSalary:
  • Up to $2900 + PB + Wellness Benefits ($400) + Birthday Leave
Working hours:
  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm
Location:
  • Bedok
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in Quickbooks and AutoTask
  • Minimum qualification: NITEC
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Need to be responsible and organized
