About: Epigram Books is a Singaporean independent publisher of well-designed and thought-provoking titles. It began as a division of the multiple award-winning communications design firm Epigram but was registered as a separate entity in 2011 to champion Singaporean literature. HR support
In charge of recruitment matters, arranging for interviews and posting of job vacancies on LinkedIn and Jobsbank
New staff orientation and preparation of documents, workstations, and computers prior to starting date
Processing the application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Passes for all foreign workers
Updating MOM on changes to the personal particular of foreign workers
Processing Government paid leave and NS Claims
Preparing yearly income tax and submission of IR8A/IR21
Preparing exit documents and conducting exit interviews for resigned staff
Administering staff benefits and welfare
Organizing all company programs
Any other HR & Admin related tasks
Administrative support
Logistical arrangement of meetings, managing phone calls, issuing invoices etc.
Data entry for daily accounting operations
Assisting with monthly reports.
Office management
Upkeeping office facilities
Maintain and inventory office equipment to ensure a comfortable office environment
Ensure pantry and stationery supplies are replenished timely.
Account support
Check, verify and process expense claims
Assist in data entry and filing of documents
Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
Assist in preparing payment to suppliers
Assist in procurement matters
Assist in audit matters
Assist in month end closing
Banking of cheques
Other adhoc duties as assigned
What You Will Need
min O Level/A Level holder
At least 1 years of HR or Administrative/Account Assistant experience but not necessary
Skills Set Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage time, organizational skills, proficiency in macOS and Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes
