We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Accounts and Admin Executive who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Duties
Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
Perform general administrative duties
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
