Accounts and Finance Officer Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting and finance management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.

• Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist in the preparation for audits and work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation.

• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting and finance management.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in accounting software

• Proficient in MS Office

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications are a plus but not required

• Experience in relevant industry is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with financial analysis tools and techniques.
