Responsibilities
HR & Accounts Assistant - Assist internal accountant / external auditors with monthly accounts closing - Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge - handle daily operational AP/AR including invoicing issue - Assist in preparation of full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR and Bank reconciliation) - Prepare fixed assets schedules to compute the depreciation, addition.... - Assignment overview, provide day to day support in board-spectrum Accounting, HR and administrative. - knowledge of InfoTech will be advantage - Payroll software knowledge will be preferable Requirements:- - Diploma in Accounting, or degree in accounting - Min one year relevant experience.
