Job Description

HR & Accounts Assistant- Assist internal accountant / external auditors with monthly accounts closing- Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge- handle daily operational AP/AR including invoicing issue- Assist in preparation of full sets of accounts(GL, AP, AR and Bank reconciliation)- Prepare fixed assets schedules to compute the depreciation, addition....- Assignment overview, provide day to day support in board-spectrum Accounting, HR and administrative.- knowledge of InfoTech will be advantage- Payroll software knowledge will be preferableRequirements: -- Diploma in Accounting, or degree in accounting- Min one year relevant experience.
