Position : Accounts (AR AP) cum Admin

Salary Range: $2,100 - $2,500 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

Working Location: Clementi

Bonus : Annual performance-based bonus

We are a well-established company in the marine industry and are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and operations team.This role is suitable for accounting-trained candidates who are keen to learn and grow in a hands-on working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to the finance, project, and operations teams Handle basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties Assist with invoice issuance, payment tracking, and simple reconciliations Support the preparation of customer quotations and sales orders Track customer quotations, sales orders, and project delivery schedules Maintain proper documentation for finance, project, and operational records Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification Junior AP & AR experience are welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with Xero accounting software and MurHo inventory system is an advantage but not mandatory Able to work independently and support multiple functions Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
