is seeking an

Accounts Assistant

to join their dynamic team:

Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk

Location:

Woodlands

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary Package:

Up to $3,500

Job Responsibilities:



Accurately process and key in invoices, payments, and journal entries. Issue invoices, payment vouchers, cheques, and payments. Handle daily cash management and bank reconciliations. Verify and process monthly petty cash and expense claims.

Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline. At least 1 year of related working experience, preferably from construction industry. Able to start immediately or in short notice.
