Payment Voucher and Cheque preparations to suppliers & staff reimbursement
Filling and scanning of account documents
Administrate and manage office administrative work
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
