Accounts Assistant ($2500 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3000 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Review and verify fixed assets e.g., requisitions, disposals
- Track and record fixed asset acquisitions in the Finance system
- Ensure accurate capitalization and recording of fixed assets
- Prepare and generate monthly reports
- Co-ordinate with business partners on inventory positions and balances
- Review the status of all recognized provisions, and perform adjustment if necessary
- Perform reconciliation of inventory accounts to the general ledger
- Ensure the inventory figures in Finance system tally with the physical stock
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
