Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts Assistant
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage outlets Accounts Receivables sales collection
- Update Daily sales reports
- Handle credit card reimbursement
- Handle voucher reimbursement
- Assist in filling and other administrative works
- Support company\xe2\x80\x99s inventory counts when required
- Support company\xe2\x80\x99s events when required
- Ad-hoc assignments from Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager
- At least a Diploma in Accounting or its related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice.
