The Role

Primary Responsibilites:

This position assists the Accountant / Assistant Director of Finance in various accounting and administrative works, which includes

• Support the team on day-to-day and month-end accounting duties
• Posting of Journals
• Support Spa operations in its entirety: daily income audit, maintenance of Zenoti, coaching of spa associates, follow up on ad-hoc requests etc.
• Maintain daily reconciliation for General Cashier and Cash Recycling Machine.
• Monitor Balance Sheet Schedule to ensure compliance with audit and SOP.
• To liaise with various departments for any discrepancy
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as required by Accountant

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management or LCCI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
• Good knowledge of SAP system will have added advantage.
• Good spoken and written skills in English

• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organisation
• Team player & able to work with deadline
