Job Description
Position Title : Accounts Assistant (Account Payable)
Location : Jurong East
Working days : 5 days
Working hours : 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,200 - $2,600 [Depends on experience]
Job descriptions: * Responsible for account payable and accounting data entry work.
- Matching and verifying intercompanies, creditors and related documents.
- Perform monthly intercompany and creditors reconciliations.
- Prepare payments for authorization.
- Creation of Purchase orders.
- Cashflow planning.
- Manufacturer funds reconciliations.
- Assist in cash collections and cash counts.
- Perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, documentations, etc.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Vlookup, Pivot table)
