1. 2 full time positions 2.1 Able to handle and maintain full set of accounts independently, include stock management and reporting 2.2 Closing of monthly accounts and reports, include prepare monthly schedules and analysis 2.3 Involve and participate in year end audit and ability to lead a small team and reporting to GM and Head of Finance 2.4 Involve and participate stocktake with operation team 3.1 Manage and maintain payroll and HRM affairs include payroll calculation, annual and flexi leaves etc. Report to GM and HODs on any discrepancies and support to management on all HRM affairs when require 3.2 Manage office admin and perform daily operations task assign by Head of Finance, Admin & HRM 3.3 For this position (3) - must be farmiliar with MOM regulation and Singapore payroll system. Ability to speak and write mandarin as require to interact with Chinese counterpart and operation team 4. At least 1-2 years related work experiences and in fast pace environment or FMCG Industry 5. Accounts academic - ITE , recognised local polytechnic or degree in accounts or related trained academic eg ACCA, CAT, RMIT 6. Those with audit experiences are welcome to apply and salary negotiable. 7. Teamplayer, merticulous, able to meet timeline and stay OT relevantly. Positive attitude 8. Salary S$2500 - S$3800 Salary will be further evaluated depends the experiences and scope of works undertake
