Accounts Assistant (accounts Receivable)

Job Description


  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Generating reports and statements for internal use
  • Any other ad-hoc account receivable related duty
Job Requirements
  • ACCA level 1 / Diploma in accounting / Higher Nitec in accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and vlookup, simple pivot table
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Willing to work in Tuas
  • 5 day work week
  • Transport provided at Jurong East & Boon Lay
  • Preferably available immediate or within short notice
