Position Title: Accounts Officer/ Accounts Assistant
Working Location: Aljunied
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday, 8.30am - 12.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Process outgoing payments, including cheque issuance, telegraphic transfers, and GIRO.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
Post monthly journal entries for AR/AP-related transactions.
Maintain a partial set of accounts, handle data entry and invoice processing.
Administer and record petty cash transactions.
Prepare and reconcile Statements of Accounts.
Support month-end close, GST filings, and annual audit activities.
Organize and maintain an orderly filing system and documentation.
Ensure accurate records and adherence to accounting procedures.
Able to commence immediately or with short notice.
Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

GCE O-Level or a Certificate in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
Relevant industry experience is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
1 year of relevant accounting experience.
MYOB experience is highly valued.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
