Job Responsibilities:
  • Report to Financial Controller
  • Enter all suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices and receipts into SAP
  • Preparation of urgent and Ad-hoc payments, cheques / TT Payments / GIROs
  • Month-end closing \xe2\x80\x93 Bank entries for Receipts, GL, AP, journal entries
  • Reconcile statement of accounts and follow up on missing invoices
  • Vendor Maintenance form \xe2\x80\x93 maintain supplier details
  • Monthly interdivision payment
  • Payment run for Staff Claim, Trade and Non-trade suppliers
  • Payment run for Staff claim
  • Timely closing for Bank Reconciliation & Direct debit summary
  • Update cashflow records
  • GL Allocation in e-purchase system
  • Upload invoices and follow-up on invoice approval
  • Admin tasks \xe2\x80\x93 Filing & Archiving \xe2\x80\x93 keep track of freight links contract expiration and renewal
  • Work closely with superior to implement new A/P process, procedures, internal control

Job Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Accounting
  • 1 year of accounting experience or internship (accounting related)
  • Must have good communication skills and a good learning attitude
  • Training provided
