Job Description
Accounts Assistant (AR)
Salary: $2,200-$2,600
Working days: 5 days: Mon-Fri, 8:30am -6pm
Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi area)
s:
- Process invoices and payments
- Daily update/offset AR receipt from customer
- Generate credit note/debit note
- Update customer price book and do e-submission of sales invoice
- Preparing expenses and claim schedule
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Liaise with vendors on accounting related matters
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- 2 years experience in doing AR
- Familiar with Navision
