Job Summary:

• Company background: Jap MNC Manufacturing field
• Working location: North
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday ; 8.15am - 5.15p.m.
• Salary range: up to S$ 3000 (dep on exp) + Variable Bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handling AR invoicing
• Issue of PO, check and key in supplier invoices, payment preparation
• Record of collection, GL Journal, fixed asset schedule, balance sheet schedule updates
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Relevant study in Accounting or equivalent
• Ability to handle data entries accurately and efficiently
