Accounts Assistant (Basic up $3000/West/AWS&VB) JT8 [CS|GM]Job Summary:

• Basic up $3000
• 5.5 Days
• Mon - Fri + Sat AM
• 9.00am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 1.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) function (50%) and account admin (50%)
• Ensure all suppliers invoices are completed in an accurate and timely manner (approximate 4000 invoices a

month)

• Responsible for reconciliation of supplier\'s Statement of Account
• Prepare monthly supplier payments & follow up on long outstanding unpaid invoices with the suppliers
• Liaise with operations and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and ensure timely submission for review
• Perform monthly journal entries for AP function
• Support audit reviews and year-end processes

Other administrative duties assigned by immediate superiorJob Requirement:

• Relevant studies in Accounting
• Experience in AP & AR
