Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, generate invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintain organized accounts receivable and payables files and records
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Generate G/L details to support monthly closing
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or its equivalent in a relevant field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
