The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Redhill
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm / 8am - 5pm
  • Up to $3,500 - AWS + PB

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and reputable organization.The Role:As an Accounts Assistant (AR) reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Perform all billing-related activities for Singapore.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on billing, email distributions, and reconciliation of open items.
  • Administer invoice submission to internal and external clients accurately and on time.
  • Process credit-rebills in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with shared service/AP-AR teams on open items and disputes.
The Talent
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a strong team player mentality are essential.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adaptability are key attributes for success in this role.
