Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bank in slip for banking of cheques
  • Prepare monthly invoices and credit notes
  • Prepare monthly statement of accounts
  • Manage petty cash reimbursement
  • Key in consolidated data into excel file
  • Prepare monthly commission reports
  • Prepare & calculate tankers and attendants’ reports
  • Prepare management reports as required
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
Requirements
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills, has experience in using Microsoft Excel
  • Basic accounting experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to multi-task and manage ad-hoc projects
  • Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin, and dialects will be advantage
