Job Description


Attract Pay is a digital payment company and has evolved to become a one stop solution providing services such as E-commerce, Mini Program development and Digital Marketing.

This position reports to the Finance Manager and interfaces with Sales & Marketing Manager and staffs.

1. :

  • Accounting System data entry
  • Accounting and administration documentation filing
  • Account Receivable, Account,Payable,Invoice and Account Statement
  • Bank Transfer ,Bank Reconciliation
  • Daily Sales Report , Monthly Sales Report
  • Monthly closing , Accrual ,Prepayment ,Depreciation
  • E-Wallet Account opening and documentation filing
  • Daily company administration work

2. Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, or Diploma in a related discipline
  • Candidates without any experience are welcome
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office applications and accounting system
  • Must have a positive attitude, meticulous, responsible and good team player
  • Some practical experience in working with Accounts / Bookkeeping is an advantage
3. Duration of Attachment Offered: 6 months

4. This position is open for mid-career individuals (mature). Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
