Support Accounts Payable . Manage Accounts Payable activities . Data entry vendor invoices into SAP and ERP System . Timely process payment vouchers, cheque/GIRO/TT payments and update system . Bank reconciliation and related companies/vendor account reconciliation Adhoc . Train OCR engine with invoices . Support finance tasks, whenever required . Analyse cost structures of each division Job Specifications/Requirements: .'A' Level/LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting .Typing speed preferably 40 WPM & above. . Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant experience, those just graduated are welcome to apply . Knowledge of SAP and ERP system will be an added advantage . Experience with Microsoft Excel .
