We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant / Executive to join our finance team. This role offers excellent exposure to daily accounting operations and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Enter daily receipts from customers
Enter daily suppliers' invoices
Prepare urgent payment on daily/weekly basis
Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
Update daily bank reconciliations
Monitoring and preparing of cash flow forecast
Handle operation petty cash claim
Assist in GST filling and maintain proper filing of accounting records
Assist in monthly and yearly closing and audit matters
Ensure proper documentations, compliance to accounting policies and standard operating procedures
Excellent in planning, organising and taking initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently as well a team player
Provide support to other areas of the finance department
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
Diploma in accountancy / Degree in Accounting
With at least 1-2 years of accounting experience
* Meticulous and possess positive attitude
