The candidate will be working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations. Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with handling full sets of accounts for group of companies.
• Processing accounts payables
• Fact-checking of sales and services records
• Working with Operations to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables
• Administering information into accounting system
• Reconciling company accounts
• Upkeep of accounting documents digitally
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Office software
• Team player, work with team members and other various stakeholders.
• Personality Traits: Detailed-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and good attitude.
