Accounts Assistant
position.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in accounting tasks and manage petty cash
Handle payment processing and employee claim disbursements
Attend to incoming calls and emails with a positive demeanor
Support general administrative functions to ensure smooth operations
Participate in various ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications of GCE 'O' / NITEC in any discipline
At least 2 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and foundational accounting skills
Independent, meticulous and attentive to details and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
Ability to multitask and manage tasks efficiently
Positive attitude towards task ownership, learning, and adapting to new challenges
Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders professionally
