Reporting to Assistant Manager, the incumbent will provide operational support to the central Order-to-Cash team, focusing on Accounts Receivable and collections. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient processing of incoming funds.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receipting of incoming funds
  • Accurately record and ensure timely application of receipts to the corresponding accounts to maintain updated financial records.
  • Coordinate with departments for Receipt Resolution
  • Assist in the identification process by collaborating with various departments to investigate and resolve issues related to unidentified or unreconciled receipts.
Cashiering and Banking Duties
  • Manage cash transactions and oversee bank deposits, ensuring all cash records are maintained accurately.
