Accounts Assistant (Partial / Full set) * Working Hours: 5 Days (9am - 6pm) * Salary: $2,400 - $2,800 + AWS * Location: Macpherson Job Scope * Daily update of bank transactions. * AR f Accounts Assistant (Partial / Full set) Working Hours: 5 Days (9am - 6pm) Salary: $2,400 - $2,800 + AWS Location: Macpherson Job Scope Daily update of bank transactions. AR functions: Invoicing, Arrears chasing, collections. Tenancy management: New leases, Renewals, Terminations, Processing of SD collections and Refunds. Monthly Reporting and bank/collections reconciliations. Attend queries from corporate clients, tenants and Auditors. Monthly bank reconciliation Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR). Involve in financial audits liaison with auditors / banks / operations. Preparation of schedules for all Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
