:
Responsible for A/R and A/P processing and journal entries
Cashbook updates and monitoring fund balances; prepare bank reconciliation
Maintenance of fixed assets registers
Assist in monthly recharge billing to related companies
Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly audit schedules
Assist in preparing monthly reports.
Operational support such as arranging courier to bank, collecting mails from letterbox.
Assist in any other accounts-related matters as and when required
Job Requirements:
Minimum LCCI or Diploma holder in Accounting
Preferably 2 years of accounting experience
Preferably knowledgeable in ERP/SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Meticulous, proactive, and responsible
Good personality, sincerity, and strong time management skills
Compensation:
Work location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm
