Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.





Key Responsibilities:



Maintain the company's full set of accounts accurately and timely. Prepare monthly financial closing, reporting, and analysis. Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, inventory, costs anhod expenses. Ensure provisions, prepayments, and accruals are accurately recorded. Prepare balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations and any other related schedule. Update weekly cash flow and monthly cash flow forecasts. Prepare GST, monthly GTO submission. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and relevant authorities. Assist management with other assigned duties.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting. Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently/multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. * Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
