We are looking for an Accounts Executive, who will be responsible for the company and its associated companies on the following duties:
1. Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
2. Entering data of financial transactions in database
3. Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
4. Rendering invoices
5. Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial statements under supervision.
7. Providing assistance and support for company's operations generally
8. Performing other administrative tasks such as:
a. Mail sorting and handling
b. Filing, scanning and proper record keeping of correspondences and other relevant documents
c. Arranging for courier services
d. Office Facilities Management including procurement of office stationery, pantry items and other office supplies
9. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
